Working on a Global scale this role requires someone who is comfortable in not just design but delivery as well, the ability to identify leadership skill gaps from basic to complex levels as well as driving towards the overall vision of what is expected from the leaders within the organisation.
You will work with executives, country directors, regional directors and senior managers you will also have the ability to close gaps towards succession planning.
Covering a Global remit you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and working styles from country to country, whilst this role is based in London you will need to utilise the time the leaders are in the London office, so planning and managing your time is essential.
