A leading fintech organisation based in London has requirement for a Head of L&D to join their business to lead the implementation of a new learning and development model to support the learning requirements of their clients and partners. You will mould the learning culture from the group up and partner with clients to develop a learning community.
* Leading a team of Training Consultants and drive the strategy
* Identify learning needs of staff, clients and partners and develop the learning solutions
* Set up and embed all stages of the training lifecycle
* Plan and implement suitable learning processes and platforms across the business
* Managing the training P&L
This newly created exciting role is an opportunity to make a big impact by implementing future thinking learning strategies that will provide clients to get the most out of the solution.
To be considered for this Head of Learning & Development position, applicants must have experience of designing and implementing a blended learning solution that is a solution for internal & external users, in-depth knowledge of learning methodology, theory and technology, experience of next generation e-learning technology and knowledge of complex technology platform training.
