Your new role
This is a new role which will be responsible for the development and implementation of the L&D strategy across the organisation. The role will be part of the senior management team and will develop L&D solutions to support business objectives and drive organisational effectiveness. The Head of L&D will lead the L&D team and manage the organisational training budgets. The role will also lead L&D programmes and projects including talent management, graduate development, apprenticeships and performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced L&D professional with experience of leading an L&D team across a multi-sited business. Previous experience developing and implementing L&D strategy and managing budgets is essential. Candidates will be degree educated (or equivalent) and hold an L&D qualification. Some travel to the other UK sites will be required.
