Following the appointment of a new HR Director and the development of a new, innovative HR strategy we are introducing a number of key roles to our HR team to support its implementation and our business growth. This is an incredibly exciting time to join a team of experienced HR professionals at a pivotal time within the business.
This brand-new role offers all the freedom and autonomy you need to lead your team in designing and delivering the next generation of Learning and Development to support the next phase of our rapid and exponential growth. We expect refreshing and exciting induction programmes, a catalyzing effect on our already admired Medivet Training College for Animal Health Practitioners, an industry leading e-learning platform that both serve the needs of colleagues now and leaves a genuine legacy for the business for the future.
With substantial experience gained in L&D at senior level in a similarly dynamic, multi-site retail or service organisation, you’ll already have strong experience of training design and a proven track record of L&D delivery through your dynamic team. More important will be your desire to lead meaningful change from the front, lead your team and lead the business towards an engaged and inspiring future.
