My client, a global advertising technology company and pioneer of Search Intelligence are looking for a Head of Insights to productise and innovate business insights for media companies and create and strengthen relationships with agency contacts, particularly insights managers.
You will be the Leader (ultimate decision maker) for insights within the group - what data we show, how we lay it out, and how we show it/ visualise it.
Use client feedback to direct Marketing and Product innovation
Work closely with Analytics and Sales teams
Creating new products and in charge of ensuring that all of business insights products drive revenue and open up various new lines of business.
Assess market needs - media agencies, other industries
Scope and document what insights competitor media vendors and competitor insights vendors offer
Create clear roll out plans for each insights product that we have.
Work with product to ensure we hit the roll out plan at the decided spec.
Assess the quality of our data for insights, and gain clarity on what type of sources provide the data we need.
Understand how much data we need to run each of our various insights products at varying levels of quality.
Work with PS to give them clarity on what they need to go after, and sign off their roadmap for insights data.
Evangelise our released products externally.
Train staff internally.
Significant senior management experience in professional client relationships
Leadership experience within the advertising technology industry
Strong team player, a role model and ability to lead by example
Experience leading a team
Ability to analyse and interpret data well
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple high-priority tasks at the same time
