Due to recent changes we are looking to recruit a Head of Individual giving to join our Income Generation directorate at this time of success and growth. The Head of Individual Giving will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategy which will result in your department becoming one of the highest performing in the charity sector. As an integral member of the Fundraising senior management team you will have the freedom to be innovative and creative, with the flexibility and autonomy to set your own agenda to achieve success.
This role will be challenging, but also hugely exciting and rewarding at the same time. The ideal candidate for this position will be ready to design and implement a strategy that will ensure that we are considered sector leaders. We are looking for someone that has experience with delivering seven-figure sum, individual giving income and expenditure targets, with a natural ability to communicate both written & verbally to all levels and areas of the business.
