We are actively looking for a Head of Imaging Services to to join us on a 13 Month Fixed term contract and cover the South of the UK!
Please note the successful Head of Imaging Services will lead a number of Imaging Services Managers at a variety of mobile and static sites across the south of the UK. As such there will be a requirement to travel on a regular basis (all travel will be covered).
What will being a Head of Imaging Services with us involve?
To lead a team of Mobile Imaging Service Managers, Imaging Services Managers and their staff and support customers to ensure company and divisional goals are understood and achieved.
To provide excellent management and leadership of a team in the operational delivery of multi-modality services across a range of mobile and static sites in a designated division of the UK and Ireland.
Implementing a range of improvements to deliver productivity efficiencies, a safe, high quality clinical service and a high level of patient and customer satisfaction leading a team of Mobile and Static Imaging and Clinical Services Managers within budgetary and operational resource constraints.
What skills and experience will you need to apply?
- A seasoned people manager with sufficient experience and credibility of leading and mentoring a team of senior managers.
- Proven ability with managing conflicting demands successfully through developed organisational, commercial and time management skills.
- A strong drive to deliver results with excellent commercial acumen and a strategic perspective.
- The ability to build business relationships at a mixture of levels within the organisation.
- A background within Healthcare, clinical or non-clinical is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
