This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced experienced Head of HR or Senior HR Manager to join this established retailer in a pivotal role.
Responsible for managing a team of 5 HR professionals and providing support to head office functions and a portfolio of stores across the UK, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, professional team.
This is a true generalist role and the successful candidate will be supporting the stores and head office departments through employee engagement, recruitment and ER, equipping line managers with the skills to deal with people management and performance. The successful candidate will also work closely with the exec. board and will form an integral part of creating and driving the business strategy.
Previous experience of managing a team is essential to this role, as is previous experience of a HR role at a similar level for an established retailer. The role will be based in the company Watford based office with regular travel to stores.
This is a contract role covering maternity and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a growing, successful retailer in a fun, professional and vibrant office.
