A new Head of HR Partnering and Services is sought to lead two teams within the HR department, managing 5 direct reports. This role will be reporting to the HR Director, this is a newly formed role with a wide and essential remit to provide a proactive business service, in which you will Head up the department from an operational perspective, and partner with the business for HR related queries.

The role will provide direction and guidance in all people management, including: overseeing the management of employment lifecycle activities, recruitment and selection, organisational design, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, policy development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a proven HR technical specialist with a real aptitude for people management and who has the energy and enthusiasm to take team performance to the next level. They are looking for candidates with proven competence in influencing others at all levels.
