Due to expansion the business is currently seeking to recruit a Head of Human Resources Operations to their Head Office based in Preston, with the primary purpose of leading and developing the HR and Internal Recruitment teams.
To be considered applicants will have a proven track record of managing HR operations and internal recruitment teams, ideally within the financial services sector (regulated financial and mortgage advice experience would be highly advantageous). Alongside this candidates will need to be competent at dealing with complex HR issues, have managed legal HR issues (ACAS, Settlement Agreements etc.) and be able to support the implementation of strategic initiatives in to the business. Applicants will also have excellent written and communications skills, be resilient and proactive, and be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment befitting a truly entrepreneurial culture.
Candidates will be qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5. Please bear in mind that no application can progress without this.
