Reporting to the Director of Property & Facilities Management, the Head of Hospitality and Commercial Services will develop a commercial strategy to drive forward and develop of a range of additional events and conferencing activities. You will lead the strategic plan to manage the event and conferencing programme ensuring a balance in academic and commercial activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at a strategic and influential level and is integral to the continued success of the University.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing a unique event offering and producing a detailed marketing and sales strategy. The successful candidate will have experience of working at a senior management level with the ability to forge long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will demonstrate a strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering a long-term commercial strategy in a comparable environment.
