Head of Franchise and Corporate Sales (Travel). A newly created and excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to take up this senior management role within the travel industry. Leading a small team, you will be tasked with attracting more franchisees in to the business as well as growing the number of corporate clients this established travel business work with. This is a national role with flexibility where the role is based with travel required as part of the role.
Head of Franchise and Corporate Sales Responsibilities
Reporting to the board, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a small team that is expected to grow in time. You will create and implement effective B2B Sales strategies in order to grow the number of corporate clients the company work with as well as identifying and attracting individuals to set up travel franchises under the companies brand name. You will also identify other profitable B2B areas of growth and be responsible for delivering sales against agreed targets.
Head of Franchise and Corporate Sales Sills Required
- Track record of senior level B2B Sales, preferably within the travel industry, but similar sectors such as retail or leisure will also be considered
- Knowledge and experience of franchising highly desirable
- Experience of leading high performance teams
- Highly analytical and commercially astute
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible to travel nationally
Head of Franchise and Corporate Sales Skills Required
A basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, company car or car allowance, plus bonus up to 100% of basic salary
