Key deliverables will include:
-Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process across the business in an interactive way, ensuring key milestones are met and internal stakeholders are aware of KPI's they need to achieve.
-Liaising with external stakeholders to discuss impending upturns and volume increases for the forthcoming quarter.
-Improving the quality and speed of the budgeting and forecasting process by way of systems enhancements and efficiency improvements.
-Helping channel long term strategic investment decisions by providing insightful financial analysis.
-Playing a leading role in highlighting opportunities for maximising profit through new product initiatives.
