Reporting to the CFO, you’ll provide strategic direction to the FP&A team. You’ll have responsibility for Trading, business partnering, decision support, Business Intelligence and Investor reporting. This will include but not be limited to weekly & monthly reporting of KPI’s to H&B Board/Banks/Investors, providing an accurate insight with regards to business performance and future risks/opportunities and providing leadership, guidance and motivation to the team.
You’ll also be responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting with regards to annual profit plans, budgeting and forecasting and Financial modelling for projects and potential acquisitions.
