You're looking for a Head of Finance role where you're more than a number-cruncher. One where you're a key voice in the business, shaping decisions and steering the financial direction.

This Head of Finance role pays up to £75,000 and gives you the chance to sit on the senior leadership team from day one. You'll have the freedom to take ownership of the finance function and the influence to make a tangible impact across the business.

You'll lead on board reporting, forecasting and budgeting, but also bring the story behind the numbers to life. Your insight will guide commercial strategy, from identifying growth opportunities to controlling costs and improving margins.

There's plenty of scope here to strengthen processes too - from developing systems to making finance slicker, sharper and more efficient. If you've worked on ERP upgrades or enjoy driving change, you'll fit right in.

To succeed in this Head of Finance role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong experience in financial leadership and business partnering. You'll have a track record of supporting senior teams with decision-ready data and ideally, experience in a stock-heavy, multi-site environment.
