Sheridan Maine have partnered up with an International Sales & Distribution organisation with a turnover over £30m. Based in the Sattordshire region, they are looking to take on a Head of Finance, to help move the business forward.

The Role
As the Head Of Finance, you will be brought on board to strategically take the business forward, whilst upholding the current reputation and values. With 4 direct report managing large teams, you will have complete control of all financial matters within the business.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Internal financial controls, processes, procedures and ensuring that the business adheres to standards for monitoring and controlling costs and revenue analysis.
- Assemble actual and forecast cost positions during the month and at month end
- Variance Analysis
- Analysing financial cost performance – contributing to medium and long-term business planning and forecasts
- Implementing new processes and systems
- Team Management
- Budgeting and forecasting – Business Projections
- Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash

What do we need?
As a “Hands on” Leader, the successful candidate will:

- Be Qualified – ACA/ACCA and CIMA
- Have Ideally worked in a SME business
- Experience in Management Accounts

On Offer

- £80,000 plus car, coupled with an Executive package
