We are currently in an exciting period of change undertaking a large Workplace Strategy project and have a great opportunity for a Head of Facilities Management & Support to join us here at Sovereign.
In this key senior role, reporting into the Operations Director, you'll lead the development and delivery of an effective workplace facilities and office management strategy, taking full responsibility of financial management for all offices and facilities department costs.
You'll also lead the management of the Fleet Team, and operational strategy of over 700 vehicles for trades, in line with our sustainability strategy and working with our procurement and finance teams to deliver a value for money service.
You'll be an agile leader, who has the willingness to expand capacity, extend capabilities and to adapt and lead business change ensuring a focus on customer service. Through your ability to influence at all levels, you'll drive business value and optimise customer outcomes in order to achieve and exceed performance targets.
To be successful in this role a background in facilities management at senior level is essential with a proven track record of providing inspirational leadership.
You'll also possess strong communication skills, be delivery focused and have the ability to engage with stakeholders and senior management to ensure strategies are delivered.
