Our Client is actively seeking a We currently seek to recruit a team leader (Administration) to work within their SSAS/SIPP team based in Edinburgh. You will report directly to the Principal and be required to work alongside other senior team members.

The successful candidate will be required to assist and support the Principal’s administration management duties by downloading business MI and creating supporting charts each month, reviewing ongoing processes and procedures from time to time and considering the business impact where changes occur, reviewing assets held within the SIPP portfolio on a quarterly basis for the company’s capital adequacy calculations and performing monthly 1:1’s, KPI’s and yearly Appraisals as set by the Principal, from time to time.
Alongside this, you will also be required to take the lead in a current migration project, where SIPP and SSAS data is being transferred from one product to another platform. The migration requires a high level of technical knowledge to ensure the accuracy of the data transferred. You will be required to liaise with the system provider in all aspects of the transfer of the data migration.
It is important that candidates are aware that at peak times within the business, or during team member absences, the team leader will also be required to assist with administration processing. Therefore significant administration experience is also a must.
You must have strong experience within the SIPP and SSAS industry and be able to show high-level organisational skills.

You will be required to work contracted hours of 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
