We are recruiting a Head of Digital Marketing for a leading national charity that supports serving soldiers, veterans and the families of military personnel in need.

This renowned charity is seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Digital Marketing. The successful Head of Digital Marketing will have the proven technical and creative skills to bring the organisations digital brand and compelling message to life. This is fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital to lead the critical area of growth and to develop strategies and executions for all of the charities campaigns across all digital channels.

About the role

The Head of Digital Marketing will determine the digital strategy with the Director of Marketing and Communications to support the overall strategy of the charity. Passionate about digital marketing, the candidate will be responsible for all digital marketing functions of the organisation, driving digital brand growth, supporter development and maximising income.

The Head of Digital Marketing will understand the value the charities supporters bring and be committed to delivering a remarkable experience for them across all digital channels, including social media and mobile.

The successful Head of Digital Marketing will need to demonstrate their ability to harness the power of digital marketing and social media across all channels, in order to turn passive online advocates into active supporters who donate their time and money to this very worthy charity

Requirements

To carry out this role the Head of Digital Marketing will have;

· Substantial experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy, including digital brand development.
· Proven experience in analytics and developing evidence based strategies for growth.
· A track record of Identifying and implementing improvements in new and emerging digital technologies to support organisational growth.
· Evidence of developing digital acquisition and retention strategies for supporters (financial and non-financial)
· Ability to manage a dynamic marketing team
· Manage budgets
· Experience of managing web design and build projects
· Experience in implementing and managing; CRM, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design & Build
