Head of Growth
Responsible for the growth from both a marketing perspective as well as a product/platform perspective.
Business intelligence analysis and platform optimizations, working with the product development team, identifying opportunities to improve the platform UX, conversion rate, and platform level KPIs.
Through funnel and/or cohort analyses, identify and resolve user pain points and UX optimization opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and referral rates.
Drive sustainable growth in both digital and offline performance marketing focusing on CPA lead generation targets as well as long term ROI and scale targets.
Identify efficient marketing activities with room for scaling and identify inefficient activities to optimize and improve ROI
AdWords management, including shopping campaigns, branded search campaigns, generic search campaigns and RLSAs.
Paid social media management, working with the content development and editorial teams to optimize and scale social activity optimizing to performance marketing metrics.
Explore and develop creative/new marketing channels, strategies and tactics to deliver additional efficient growth to the platform.
The skills and experience that we're looking for include:
Analytical thinking, able to solve problems and derive insights through data, from measuring and organizing to analyzing and synthesizing a solution or outcome.
Expertise in Google Analytics or similar web tracking utility. Experience with GTM or similar tag management solution is beneficial. Experience with UX measurement and testing tools also useful.
Advanced user of spreadsheet software and/or SQL databases.
Experience working with web technologies and development processes. Platform/ecommerce experience all beneficial.
Nimble & agile and able to contribute to the greater business in areas both inside and outside of your expertise. Ability to thrive in the startup environment where things move quickly.
