Position: Head of Design
Based in Battersea London, our client is seeking an experienced creative individual to fill the position of Head Of Design.
The company is a full-service marketing and activation agency working across a variety of sports and a range of well-known global brands.
The successful candidates’ day to day responsibility will include supporting, inspiring and managing our two in-house graphic designers, visualising experiential events, creating new business proposals and presentations, creating promotional web and large/small format print creatives of various collateral including invitations, stationary, banners etc.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to drive the design department towards a successful full-service creative design entity within the company, offering new work offerings such as race car livery, sportsperson promotional materials etc. Furthermore, in addition to client work, the role requires the candidate to look after the company’s brand, and work to create a consistent brand feel, website and social presence.
The Head Of Design needs to have a passion for design, be able to manage multiple projects at the same time, cope in a high pressure environment, be deadline focused and willing to go the extra mile.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Skill operating full Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/After Effects/Premiere)
Ability to manage a team
Background in Marketing design advantageous
Background or interest in sports also advantageous
