Head of Data - Up to £115,000

Oxford Area - Hybrid

Method Resourcing have partnered with a industry leading financial services company who are looking to bring in a Head of Data to take ownership of the companies data estate, and the roadmap for the data team over the coming 5 years.

We are looking for a seasoned Data professional who is ready to step into a Head of role, and can demonstrate expericne in:

• Defining data strategies/roadmaps
• Managing small, agile and high-preforming teams
• Significant collaboration and interaction with various stakeholders
• An understanding and appreciation of Data Governance Policies and Practices
• Experience with overseeing data transformation programmes such as Migrations and/or platform implementations

The roe is paying up to £115,000 + bonus, and is offered on a hybrid model, with at least 1 day a week in their Oxford/Aylesbury office.
