You will be working for a highly exciting start-up, who sit within the betting/gaming industry and are about to go on an interesting and highly exciting journey. You will be based on-site and will be a part of the initial intake of candidates for a company that have high growth ambitions for the future. They are a very well backed company that have just won a huge contract in the betting industry.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a start up business as the Head of Customer Service. This role is a crucial part of the management team and you will be responsible for running the department, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and ensuring that customer expectations are met. As the Head of Customer Service you will be required to improve the customer service experience, facilitate organic growth, take ownership of customer issues, follow problems through to resolution, analyse statistics and compile accurate reports. Other responsibilities will be to develop your own procedures, policies and standards, control resources, maintain orderly workflow and ensure that the online part of the business is working to the highest standard.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential for this role to have proven experience as a customer service manager, working knowledge of customer service software & databases, have an awareness of industry's latest technology trends, have the ability to think strategically and deliver a strategy. Other desirable qualities will be advanced trouble shooting skills, ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in the betting / gaming industry or something similar.

What you'll get in return
Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday (weekend work will be required and depending on business needs). Other benefits available.
