Our client is currently looking for a Head of Customer Relationship Management to join their team in Telford. You will join them on a full time temporary basis and will receive a highly competitive salary of £55,350 - £57,287 per annum.

About the Head of Customer Relationship Management role;

They are looking to recruit a Temporary Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based at head office in Telford who will report in to the Group Head of Supporter Engagement & Fundraising.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading a high performing team that captures and translates the voice of their potential, lapsed and current customers into integrated marketing activity to drive customer volumes and stable long term net income. They will also be accountable for leading the development of an integrated supporter journey, strategies and capabilities to drive loyalty, engagement and share of charity wallet.

Skills and experience required of their Head of Customer Relationship Management;

The successful candidate will have previous experience of CRM strategic development, experience of agency and supplier management and consumer direct marketing. We are also looking for previous experience of leading and managing a team to deliver high impact results.
