With ambitious plans to grow market share in the Individual Protection Market, my client is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead their Protection New Business and Underwriting Customer Service Teams.
In addition to the leadership of their Protection New Business Customer Service Teams you will also be the most senior manager on site.
You will have the opportunity to create a strong leadership presence and set the cultural tone for people on site.
The Protection New Business and Underwriting Teams are award winning and have an outstanding reputation for Customer Service. Both teams have grown significantly in the first half of 2018, and there is a continuing recruitment campaign to grow the business to scale.
My client is seeking an inspiring leader who can build leadership capability in their teams through coaching and support as well as through L&D activity. With experience of systems thinking, improving the customer journey and delivering operational efficiencies, you will be a key advocate for the customer within the Life Business and help form part of the Customer Service Senior Leadership Team.
The role has a team of 4 Customer Service Managers, with a total of c200 people helping to deliver a range of Individual Protection products.
Your key relationships outside of the Senior Leadership Team will be with colleagues in Sales, Product and Proposition Teams and you will be a key member of the Protection Management Committee with responsibility for driving the delivery of the Sales Plan.
This is initially a 12 month contract position, though for the right candidate this could be a permanent position.
