This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be home based. There will be the opportunity for regular travel within the UK, to Europe and the Middle East, as part of this role. It would be advantageous for the Head of Customer Development to have experience selling to Senior HR professionals.

The Head of Customer Development will focus on winning new customers by developing and driving a number of strategic customer initiatives across the business. These initiatives will include:Leading a wide range of new business campaigns with enterprise level and high growth organisations on the topics of cultural change, delivering brand values, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This will include influencing C-level executives, delivering new business presentations, understanding complex customer needs and recommending ways to support.
