Head of Customer Acquisition and Growth

With exciting growth forecast for this company, need raising the brands online presence through effective use of PPC related activity has become a key business focus and the team are seeking an experienced PPC specialist.

You will be building and leading a team to achieve revenue growth via PPC channels. Working alongside the growth director, and growth team to set up full marketing cross-channel to increase CR. Together with analyst establish data analytics infrastructure and reports. Be responsible for formulating campaign strategy, researching ideas, analyzing competitors and implementing the brand's paid digital funnel.


*PPC strategies creation, implementation, and optimisation
o Define short and long term PPC and Social Paid strategies (Facebook, Instagram,
o Display, Re-targeting, Paid Search, Video, YouTube, Influences), road-maps.
o Scale data-driven video first PPC strategy and scale via paid marketing channels
achieving that TOFU campaigns are generating revenue ROAS targets and
increasing high awareness (10M+ views)
*Shape the strategy of the funnel, messaging and content
o Translate our core messages and value proposition into engaging, effective,
multi-channel marketing campaigns.
*Analyse and report
o Create PPC reporting system, that helps increase PPC efforts as well as all
growth marketing efforts.
*Leading PPC team and champion digital marketing across the company
*KPIs & Budget


*Progressive experience in online marketing, ideally in an eCommerce company or start
-up environment.
*Expert-level in: social paid, mobile advertising, display advertising, re-targeting,
video advertising, programmatic buying
*Demonstrated ability to lead and hit fixed goals
*Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics
*Indisputable track record of growing and scaling innovative businesses
*Experience managing €2M+ monthly budgets across paid channels
*A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
*Experience in building PPC strategy across full e-commerce business funnel
*High degree of creativity and ability to tell stories
*Deep understanding and experience with attribution systems and methodologies
