A rapidly growing international FinTech company is looking for a CRM lead to leave their mark on the modern world. You will be creating CRM marketing campaigns and providing essential input to automated campaigns.

HEAD OF CRM RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting with the creation and delivery of CRM marketing campaigns, and provide essential input to automated campaigns.
  • Providing continual optimisation and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
  • Maximising commercial opportunities, analysing touch points within the organisation and mapping the customer journey throughout the process
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach of the company and its products.

HEAD OF CRM EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce marketing cloud and B2B marketing automation
  • Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM marketing campaigns
  • Experience with direct and digital marketing ideally in a B2B context
