Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this highly regarded commercial law firm in Warrington. This position is to lead a small but strong department and take over from an outgoing retiring partner.

The practice is a full service law firm which has offices across the Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire regions and is renowned for offering the complete range of legal services to both individuals and commercial clients.

As this is a Head of Department role you have experience of managing a team or department and be comfortable being a senior figure with control over most aspects of the team. There will be the opportunity to work with the management board to help grow and expand the department, in both revenue & head count.

This role provides a large amount of direct client contact with a loyal client base but at the same time affords the security of panel instructions. Ideally you will have a high street background and be comfortable meeting with clients on a face to face basis, as well as being able to generate new business by working with the local community. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow the department by undertaking a variety of business development initiatives.

There will also be opportunity to move into a Partnership role in the future should you desire. This firm are currently looking to youth into the management team and so this is an ideal position for an ambitious lawyer who is ready to take on the responsibility of a senior role and help grow an already successful team.

Salary for this role will be circa £40,000 - £60,000+ with an added bonus attached. There is also an added bonus and benefits scheme on offer.
