Contracts Manager, Proposals Manager, Head of Contracts
A high profile global leadership role with this world-class Cambridge based organisation. A highly visible role, this position requires experience of Contracts Management with the key purpose to manage business critical Contracts on behalf of a global stakeholder base. This role requires a highly motivated, customer-focused individual that can ensure that contract compliance expertise is successfully managed and communicated to key stakeholders across the business. With a small but experienced team of Contract Specialists in place, this role will ensure that contracting needs are aligned to business objectives and legally compliant. Duties will include: providing leadership and direction to the team; ensure delivery to all customer groups; negotiate and execute timely delivery of contracts to include Confidentiality Disclosure and Professional Service agreements; and secure all appropriate approvals for contract terms and provisions.
This role requires excellent technical knowledge and relevant experience in contract management, with strong leadership skills essential. A strong customer focus is required aligned with outstanding communication and relationship building skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust workload as business needs develop is also required.
