The company was established in 2010, currently, has five offices and 70. In their very first year, they turned over £1million and have been profitable year on year.
What they are looking for;
They are looking for someone to head up and lead a team of compliance recruiters focusing on the EMEA region. The team is currently 3 strong and they are looking to become 10 in the next 6 months, however, they cannot grow until they get a division lead in place.
- Three consultants
- Dual desks
- Billing £170,000 to £180,000 each
- 3+ years experience in finance recruitment
- Experience in managing a small team
- Proven track record in business development and delivery
- Paying up to £65,000
- Personal commission from 20% to 30% plus team override
- Equity from day 1 (exit plan in place)
