A Head of Communication is required for a charity that will work closely with C-suite level to advice and oversee brand position and mitigate risk. This is an exciting time to join them as they are going through a period of growth and in turn are looking for a passionate individual who cares about making a difference.
The Head of Communication will have oversight/ responsibility for:
- Supporting the communication team with all PR and Media led activities
- Ensuring brand position and external initiatives is engaging for their audience
- Influencing and creating strategic communication/ media coverage of investment and social change stories
- Work with wider business - digital, media, broadcast to ensure synergy and fluidity
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high performance team in the third sector for a consumer-facing brand.
Passion, personality and the desire to make a change is the attitude and mind-set this individual would need to bring. They need to be able to think strategically, communicate and network effectively whilst being able to influence decisions as and when required.
