Head of Commercial, NEC3 / ECC expertise (civils/highways, telecoms, utilities, rail or infrastructure) London, £85-95k + Bonus

An outstanding opportunity for a Head of Commercial with strong NEC3/ECC expertise to join a company during an exciting and aggressive phase of growth.

You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction for contracts and driving excellence across all Commerical and Procurement activities as well as being accountable for the negotiation and commercial management of multiple construction contracts and relationship management of key suppliers.

You will be an expert with the NEC3 Contract Framework particularly the Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), Options A through E and you must therefore be able to leverage strong experience from construction related environments within civils/highways, telecoms, utilities, rail or infrastructure.

It goes without saying but you will be responsible for providing Commercial insight and vision to the organisation, as well as implementing all structures and process along with building and leading a small team so you must have a depth of experience and personality that lends itself to working in a fluid, changeable and challenging environment and leading from the front.
