Job Title: Head of Collaboration
Location: Kirkcaldy

About the Head of Collaboration Role:

This role will involve a small number of direct reports across various areas of the business, including Finance, Programme Office and Engineering. This person will be service delivery focused, delivering services with the resources available and owning the services. The collaboration services area is 2 out of the 4 Tier 1 systems within the company, so it's a vital role and vital system ownership. It allows people to collaborate, work remotely and work within an agile environment.

The technical environment is a Windows environment with VMWare included, Lotus Notes for email currently but this is moving to Exchange, with Skype used for Messaging.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader of people and someone who is able to engage with all areas of the business at a senior level. We are looking for someone with a Service Delivery background who has a good understanding of technology, with particular interest shown in .Net, SharePoint and/or Email.
