Head of Clinical Standards
37.5 hours per week. Full time - office hours
Fixed Term until 30th June 2021
We are looking for a Senior Professional Manager to join the Trust’s Quality and Governance team on a fixed term basis until the end of June 2021, to cover the secondment of the previous post holder. This is an exciting opportunity to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and experienced professional to join the team. The successful candidate will be someone who is motivated, forward thinking, has excellent communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Could this be you?
Do you have the knowledge and skills to lead and co-ordinate clinical standards work in the Trust? Could you work closely with the Director of Governance, Chief Nurse and Medical Director and provide professional leadership and support, and specialist knowledge and advice to the leads within the care groups. Does working collaboratively to ensure that there are robust systems and mechanisms in place for governance and learning from incidents and serious incidents interest and excite you?
You could be working in the recently restructured Quality Governance Team with Patient Safety, Patient Experience, Compliance and Quality Improvement and Effectiveness Leads and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of embedding this structure in the Trust.

Standard Check: £26 + Administration cost of £4.20 = deducted at £10.20 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 2 months.
Enhanced Check: £44 + administration cost of £4.20 = £15.20 deducted from 1st month salary and £11 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
