Head of Central Operations Services – QSR Delivery - Bedfordshire - £50 - £60,000 plus bonus

The Role –

  • To provide a fully integrated and proactive Training & Development/ Brand Protection Services/ CX/ Communications Service to the franchised stores through the Regional Training Managers, Customer Experience team and Operations Specialists.
  • This would be delivered through both class room and field-based activities.
  • Provide the company Training, Development and Communications Strategy, both short and long term.
  • Take ownership centrally for the company information to the franchise community acting as the ambassador to ensure quality, timely communication which is engaging and informative.
  • You will identify business training, development, communication needs and how these can be met through training solutions or processes covering all aspects of store operations.
  • You will also provide support in the implementation of the development and testing programs.
  • Additional responsibilities include the management and correct execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.

Essential –

  • CIPD, studying towards or equivalent training qualification
  • Minimum three years training experience covering people development programmes
  • Two years in multi-unit supervision preferred or two to five years progressive management experience
  • Proven track record in the design and delivery of training courses
  • Proven track record in development of consumer touch points (social/VOC), journey enhancement and listening tools
  • Successful in and being responsible for recruiting, interviewing, compensating and developing talent.
  • Knowledge of Trading Standards & Consumer Rights preferable
  • Comprehensive background in creating customer insight services that have driven business change
  •  A track record in change and project management which deliver tangible results
