Head of Business Insights and Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Business Insights & Marketing, who will be responsible for translating and executing the Business Insights and Marketing strategies into an actionable operating plan that aligns to and supports delivery of the commercial objectives of our 'Trading brands’ (Fundraising, retailRIGHT, retailHUB and cottageHOMES).

You’ll create accurate, agile and insightful reporting systems, ensuring Business Insight is consistently used to support internal decision processes and drive increased engagement with donors and customers. You will strive to continuously evolve and innovate Business Insights and Marketing practices to capitalise on industry and sector trends, ensuring that we remain relevant to both our donors and beneficiaries.

You will develop the department expenditure budgets and monitor and communicate performance against agreed KPI’s.

Working collaboratively with other head of departments, you’ll support our evolution towards an integrated and connected operating model, ensuring a value generating approach to CRM through appropriate contact strategies.

As the brand guardian, you’ll ensure all external and internal communications enhance the reputation and values of the Trust and individual departments, developing campaign executions that illustrate and articulate the work we do, having a positive impact on our beneficiaries in order to act as a call to action.

We are looking for someone who has operated at senior level in either a commercial or third sector role and is able to demonstrate experience of engaging and leading a Business Insights and Marketing team.

As a senior manager and an individual led by data and insights, you will have the ability to operate with authority and autonomy and be commercially astute, enabling you to to translate complex information.

You will have excellent relationship and network building skills and be able to demonstrate strong presentation skills, articulating complex situations in an engaging and inclusive style.

We’ll pay circa £50,000 per annum and other benefits include 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme of up to 9% employer contributions, life assurance of four times your salary and a Health Cash Plan.
