We need an Head of Business Development to join our merry band of misfits in our London office, taking our inbound and oubound sales operations to the next level.

You'll work as part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, London, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul and Hong Kong, managing a team of 7+ and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial officer. Travel to the company offices, its Brussels HQ and client meetings and conferences is to be expected.

? Leading the inside sales operations of a disruptive global SaaS company towards an inflection point in the company’s growth

? Managing a team of sharp and driven sales representatives and business development managers worldwide

? Setting up a and executing the sales team operations including recruitment and training processes

? Writing the inbound and outbound sales playbook

? Implementing cutting edge SaaS sales growth best practices

? Working closely with the voxbone’s CCO and CEO to shape the company’s sales growth strategy

Let's break it down...

? Overseeing the day to day management of the inside sales team

? Recruiting and training sales team members

? Implementing proven, growth oriented business development processes

? Implementing and devising creative strategies for driving sales growth across the business.

? Setting targets and tracking performance for the sales development representatives and business development managers.

? Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.

? Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.

? Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.

? Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.

? Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.

? Setting ambitious but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers.

? Negotiating sales contracts with prospects and ensuring their profitability.

? Collaborating with Head of Account Management on a daily basis, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless hand off of accounts between Business development and Account management teams

? Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.

To bring the win, you'll have...

? Extensive experience working in a senior sales role for a similar tech B2B SaaS company, to enterprise/large international corporations (Executives, IT management and other decision-makers)

? Ninja deal closing skills: Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue growth.

? Having managed an inside sales team - overseeing inbound and outbound sales operations

? Charismatic people’s person

? Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.

? Ambitious and target focussed with a drive to succeed.

? Master of the art of sales, but also of the science behind it: Analytical and commercially driven

? Passion for all things tech

? Growth hacking mindset

? An expert at managing stress and thrives under pressure

? A creative thinker and problem-solver who will always find a solution to any given challenge

? A go-getter, self-starter mentality. ? Great presentation skills, both in person and on the phone
