We’re working with a leading accountancy firm to source a head of BD for their London office; primarily driving new business across their audit, accounting and tax service lines. You’ll lead a substantial team across BD, Marketing and Events to deliver a business development strategy aligned with the London managing partner.
Actively managing a sales pipeline and owning the client targeting and relationship strategy, this is an outwardly facing role that will encompass social selling strategy alongside more traditional lead generation methods to engage with and develop key relationships across prospective clients.
As the firm’s brand champion in external markets, you’ll also own the firm’s key client relationships with a focus on improving profitable top line growth from core accounts. You’ll be a pro-active and motivational leader, driving the direction of the London BD and Marketing team with full accountability for team KPIs, budgets and performance.
