The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of 'Good' under the robust new Ofsted standards.

At the College, we are passionate about training and developing the future of our young students in a highly competitive and technological business climate. With this challenge and aim in mind, College delivers Apprenticeships from Levels 2 to 5 and it is a leading College in Surrey recognized for its excellence in this field, particularly achieving high results and meeting employer needs. With the new Apprenticeship Reforms introduced by the Government in May 2017, the College has expanded its remit to engage with both non-levy and levy employers and is currently working with well over 400 small-medium-size employers both locally and regionally in the South East and Surrey. The College also works with large employers such BAE, Arriva, GSMA and the NHS delivering apprenticeships and other related training to ensure that the employer has a highly motivated, skilled and competitive workforce.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Business Development with specialist knowledge of Apprenticeships and working with employers to generate growth, negotiate and secure contracts. You will be expected to identify new ways of developing income through liaison with employers and organizations.

The College has excellent transport links and is set in a location convenient to London and the South East offering a large free on-site car park.
