We are now looking for a passionate and driven Head of Asset Management & Legal Services. This is a brand-new role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a friendly, fast paced and ambitious environment, with offices located on main line rail links within the heart of the South Downs National Park.
Operating as a Senior Manager within the Customer Operations function, you will work in partnership with other Senior Managers cross the business. You will have overall responsibility and accountability for all supporting administrative functions concerning our assets and associated legal practices, as well as our asset sales and trace capabilities.
A champion of change and an innovative thinker, you will ensure all business-critical processes for our asset recovery and disposal undertakings are optimised at every opportunity. You will strategically review our processes on an ongoing basis to ensure practices adopted are best in class, whilst protecting our customer outcomes in the spirit of Treating Customer Fairly, The Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC) and FCA guidelines. You will also have strategic oversight of several third-party partnerships across the asset recovery, litigation and trace capabilities.
Previous experience of Asset Management and Legal Services will be hugely beneficial in this role, and experience in Asset Recovery will be absolutely essential to your success.
