For Learning Disabilities services this is embodied within the Transforming Care Programme across Sussex, which aims to re-shape and re-commission services across health and social care to deliver better outcomes for those individuals with complex and challenging needs. The postholder will be part of the shaping and implementation of these developments in partnership with senior NHS and Adult Social Care stakeholders across the local health economy, as well as being a key member of a dedicated and experienced Operations Management Team within Adult Social Care and Health.
