Head of Analytics- Gaming


Up to £85,000 + bonus and benefits


As a Head of Analytics, you will lead an advanced analytical team for one of the biggest loyalty agencies in the UK. You will work closely with several huge global clients to help them better understand their customer data. This role requires extensive experience in customer analytics

YOUR ROLE- Head of Analytics

  • Working in a B2B environment with sports, gaming and betting clients
  • Leading a team of junior insight analysts who are hands-on with R and SQL
  • Using advanced analytics to inform customer targeting and selection for campaigns in order to improve marketing for your clients
  • Analysing customer churn, clustering and regression modelling to help drive the business
  • Looking at the 'bigger picture' for the company e.g. budgeting and forecasting and therefore being a part of strategic decisions

  • A University Degree in a numerate discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Experience in proving and applying statistical modelling within direct marketing
  • Experience working with stakeholders in order to produce actionable insights
  • Experience in coding, building models and manipulating data in R or SQL


The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £85,000 + bonus + benefits
