Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for coaching the members of your department to help them develop and thrive, and driving the Account Management department forward in order to ultimately increase client retention, sales and cement our position as an audio branding specialist. Predominantly the focus of the role will be in developing the skills of individuals across teams, working with newer starters as well as more senior members. You will also need to continually review department achievement against objectives, identifying improvements and opportunities at every stage. Your expertise must lie in coaching and training in relation to customer service, with proven experience in the area. You’ll also have worked in one to one coaching, appraisals and development plans, as well as Client Services and Customer Service Management roles. This position would be perfectly suited to an established Client Services / Customer Service Manager and employee trainer who is used to driving business forward as head of a highly successful and integral team. They should be a strong motivator and listener who can develop employees as well as the department.

Responsible to: Head of Client Services / Client Services Director

Salary: £40,000 Basic £60,000 OTE

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester

External relationships: Key company contacts from Executive to Director/CEO level

Internal relationships: Directors, Client Services Team, Creative Teams

Hours: Flexibility required, will be discussed at the interview stage
