Joining our business, you will inherit a team of 3 committed account managers, who are ready with your support, to take our account management service to the next level!
As such, we are looking for a dynamic and high energy manager with strong commercial acumen who can deliver against the strategy to meet First Mile’s ambitious growth and retention plans for its B2B customer portfolio. You need to truly believe in your ability to WOW customers and add value to our proposition. You lead by example and are always willing to get your sleeves rolled up when the occasion calls for it. And of course, we love it that you care about the planet!
You will make a true difference to our business with your talent to motivate, develop and drive a team, seeing them SHINE with our customers and each other.
Cool under pressure and a logical thinker, you will be able to offer us proven experience of maintaining high customer retention and driving high growth rates, underpinned by your creative and strategic approach to managing your customer base.
Whilst management experience will be highly regarded, this role could also be a great next step for a top performing account management professional with strong business acumen ready to move into a management position.
In return we offer a salary of circa £50,000 negotiable on experience plus bonus scheme! There will be 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 38 with service, and lots of employee benefits to boot.
