Leading and supervising the Housekeeping team, you’ll be the head and heart of clean and comfy stays. Your keen eye for detail means each guest will find the hotel as impressive on check-out as they did on check-in. And of course, you’ll be integral to ensuring they get a great night’s sleep. Actively inspecting rooms and public areas, you’ll make sure the team cleans to the highest standards, and has the equipment they need. When you spot a problem or an opportunity to develop your team’s performance, you’ll be proactive in suggesting ways to make improvements.
You'll bring to the role proven experience of shift leadership, ideally in a cleaning or housekeeping context where high standards really matter. You are highly organised, with lots of initiative and a real flair for problem solving. A commitment to coaching and developing others is vital. Like all of us, you really care about our customers. You’re committed to your colleagues too, and you’ll work hard for them. Crucially, you always strive to be the best in everything you do.
