An award winning guest services provider is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team in Central Birmingham working at a prestigious Real Estate company.
The role of Head Corporate Receptionist is to provide the highest levels of client care and service to all internal employees / clients, partners and directors in line with agreed service level agreements and laid down procedures. You will be leading a team of 2 Receptionists to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
As an Ambassador for the brand, you will form a synergy between the guest services provider and the Client and strive for excellence in everything you do.

What You Will Need
- Experience of working as a Receptionist within a Corporate, Luxury Hotel or Airline environment
- Ideally you will have Team Leader/Supervisor experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Immaculate appearance
- Professional attitude
- Computer literate
