Head Consultant in the East Midlands - Creating New Roles

I am currently the Head Consultant working the Social Care Market for Non-Stop Care so will be the main point of contact for any Social Workers.

My job is to give my candidates the best chance of getting the roles they want and need, which I am able to do using a number of different methods. One of these methods which has proven successful in recent times is creating roles that were not available.

I am able to do this by speaking directly to the hiring managers and senior members of staff within the East Midlands in order to build a lasting relationship with them which gives you the best chance of an interview taking place. I then show those hiring managers a copy of your CV, explain to them directly what you are looking for and what you can do to benefit their service.

In the last month alone I have used this method to help candidates who could not find the positions they needed to move in to the most ideal roles for them. This could be a role in a team that doesn't recruit often, a position that is closer to home or even a position that is outside IR35 or overseas.
