An excellent opportunity has just opened up for talented and experienced Head Chefs based in Herefordshire. Our client specialises in catering for functions and corporate events such as sporting events, weddings and meetings etc. As well as owning and running a family run bistro pub and restaurant.

Due to the continued success of our client the time has come to employ a Head Chef to oversee and manage their 5 different establishments. This is very much a hands-on management role and travel shall be a part of the position, however as a base you will be predominately based in Leominster.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the right person to be a part of a team and setup that has achieved monumental growth for the past 3 years running. This is a vital role within the company and as such we are looking to speak with the best of the best out there!

Head Chef - Experiences & Passions

  • Minimum 5 years Head Chef / Management experience
  • A varied background of cooking
  • Adept at cooking fresh food from scratch
  • A passion for team and personal development
  • A track record of implicating own ideas and take on menu

Head Chef - Benefits:

  • Salary: £30k - £35k per annum
  • Performance Bonus (circa £4k per annum)
