A high volume fresh food restaurant located in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Head Chef
Working under the restaurants Executive Chef this role of Head Chef will be a 'hands on’ role in the kitchen where you will be managing a large team of chefs who are producing 300-400 covers a day in the a very busy kitchen environment. The menus at the restaurant feature modern, Mediterranean dishes that are all prepared from scratch onsite using quality ingredients sourced from the best suppliers. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join an expanding company that can offer you lots of opportunities to continue progressing in your career.
It is essential that all chefs applying for this role are either strong Sous Chefs or Head Chefs with backgrounds based in high volume, all fresh food restaurants. It is important that you are used to managing and organising a large team of chefs so that they are consistently performing to the standards expected at the venue.
